The fully equipped kitchen includes all modern appliances, ensuring effortless self-catering, while the dining area, comfortably seating up to 10 guests, offers the ideal setting for relaxed meals together. Sunlight pours through the large windows, revealing breathtaking views of the sea stretching out before you.

The villa is equipped with advanced Smart Home applications that allow you to manage lighting, music, home cinema, motorized window shades, air conditioning, the alarm system, and even the pool waterfalls—all from your mobile device.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom features a large round bed and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower. For ultimate indulgence, it also boasts an in-room jacuzzi bathtub, a 45” HDTV, and direct access to a private veranda with a comfortable sitting area—perfect for peaceful mornings or romantic evenings.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom includes a king-size reclining bed (1.80m x 2.00m) that can also be arranged as two singles upon request. It comes with an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower, a 32” HDTV, and access to a veranda furnished with elegant patio seating.

For added convenience, the ground floor also features an elevator providing access to all levels, as well as an additional bathroom with a stand-up shower.

- 50 m2 private swimming pool ( 1,40 deep) with hydro massage waterfalls. The pool can be heated with an additional daily charge for the entire stay, upon request.
